Steel Hot Rolling Mill Gear Coupling
Gear Couplings

Our company manufactures high-quality gear couplings for use in a variety of industries, including the steel industry, cement plants, sugar mill plants, and metal industry. It primarily serves as a connector between two shafts that are working together to deliver power. These stiff and flexible gear couplings are made up of two hubs with an exterior gear and two outer sleeves with an internal gear. Our gear connection is universal and can handle angular, offset, combination, and huge axial moments.

Cold Shear

Cold shear’s primary role is to cut the bars in the layer to a commercial length. Cold cut bars with an open side. Welded steel housing is completely oil-tight. We employ heat-treated and forged alloy steel gears. Shafts are supported by bearings, with the low-speed shaft supported by bearings. Shearing is done with a pair of knives, one fixed and the other mounted on a moveable slide that is started and stopped by an air-operated brake-clutch group. An automated grease system lubricates cold shear.

Roller Table

Roller conveyors or roller tables are commonly utilized in section TMT rolling mills. Conveyors are used everywhere to reduce labor effort. It is necessary to transfer the ingot/billet to the charge furnace, then feed the ingot from the furnace to the roughing mill, and a cooling bed conveyor is used to send the final product to the shearing machine of the desired length.

Crank Type Flying Shear

Crank-type flying shears are used to cut finished stock ranging in size from 10 to 70 mm. The cranks ensured a clean cut on the served ends, eliminating the need for end deburring. These are also start/stop versions with adequately powered variable speed motors to cater to varying product finish line speeds.

Rotary Crop Cobble Shear

These crop-cum-cobble shears are used to hold the stock’s front and back ends together to ensure smooth entry into the rolling mill passes, as well as to chop the oncoming stock into small sizes if the mill encounters cobble.
